As a GTA addict, Im going to let The Metal Militia weigh in on this one. Who would win in an all-out war, Tommy Vercetti from GTA: Vice City or Niko Bellic from GTA IV? Both have impressive weaponry, alliances, and bad-attitudes. So who will it be? Either the crime lord from Vice City (Miami) or the cold and calculated 'hitman' from Liberty City (New York City)...

I'm gonna go with Tommy, has alot more connections, man power & was trained by the mob. Niko's got a couple of alliances & a cousin (spoiler:depending on how you played).

I'm with you, Fobeus. Though Bellic is a complete bad-ass, he can't touch 'The Butcher.' If we are talking an all-out war, Vercetti has massive amounts of manpower and cronies at his disposal. Plus he rules with an iron fist and was anointed in blood through the underworld of Vice City which, despite the glamour, I believe is more cut-throat than even Liberty City. It would be a hell of a war, but eventually Vercetti would track him down and take care of business, IMO. \m/

Looking at it from a couple of different angles, 1 on 1, I think Bellic would beat the shit out of Vercetti, due to his military past

But if a full on gang warfare style battle were to ensue, then Vercetti would have Bellic's number from the start due to the vast amount of allies/accomplices he has, oh and not to forget the fact he gets a minigun and Bellic doesn't haha
